Kris Tay is an inspirational speaker and workshop facilitator who strongly believes in empowering parents and teenagers to build meaningful relationship, make wise choices, and live life to the fullest. As a mother of a teenager, Kris knows the joys and challenges of effective parenting and healthy marriages.  She brings with her a generous mix of her personal experiences, wisdom and humour to all her speaking engagements and workshops.  Her favourite topics include:

Kris is a master public speaker and an effective leader.  She is appointed as one of the Area Governors with the Toastmasters International, and will serve as an experienced mentor providing supportive and constructive feedback to fellow toastmasters.  Kris has also been engaged by the Gifted Education Branch, Ministry of Singapore, to conduct public speaking workshops for the gifted pupils and the Republic Polytechnic to help students in their presentation skills. She has also conducted talks for parents in schools and corporations, equipping them with the skills to talk to their teenagers on teenage sexuality issues. 

Kris has a degree in Business Administration and a wealth of corporate experiences ranging from corporate marketing communications for luxury brand names such as Swarovski Crystal and Crabtree & Evelyn, sales and marketing for brands like Usana, Blackmores and the Cambridge Diet, to management administration for an architectural firm, and business development for a dotcom startup.  

Kris’s passionate dedication and her plethora of experiences contribute to her effectiveness as a trainer cum facilitator.  Most importantly, her work is fuelled by her passion in touching and transforming lives.
